APRIL FOOLS

 I started thinking after the first post what the heck am I going to write about. I looked at several different blogs on this site and man there are so many ways to go about doing this. But after speaking with my sis again I think that I'll just keep it a simple journal type blog unless I'm feeling otherwise. lol!
So today as I sat out on my deck drinking my coffee and thinking about what I could share with you. It came down to well the fact that I'm even able to sit outside.. The sun is shinning and not a cloud in the sky. Which if any of you know Oregon that's pretty amazing for right now. I seriously think that  the children's song rain rain go away come again another day was originated here. ha! Seriously though I believe that's why we have April's fools day. It should be called April's fools month. It's as if mother nature teases us all month with shall I give you sun today or crap. hahaha! So with that she is giving me sun today. Which leads me to be able to get out and get a few pics to show you what a piece of Eugene looks like... It's amazingly beautiful here. You never get a true feel for it until you get above it all. So while you look at my pics please enjoy my complimentary 80's music..

This is just one view of down town Eugene. It's amazing how closed in everything is because of the trees. Alot different from back home where everything is open.

 This is a shot of the amazing football stadium that we have here. Where might I add we will be spending alot of time at with box seats thanks to my best mate! GO DUCKS!!!

And just another view of Eugene. I took these shots from a place called Skinners butte. It's located about five mins from my house. I feel blessed to live in such a beautiful place. I hope you all can come see it for yourselves someday. So there is just a little bit of what it's like here. GREEN! lol!  Happy April everyone.

WELCOME TO BLOGGER

So as you may see from my title I am officially welcoming myself to blog spot. I have decided to do this for a few reasons. Firstly, because my older sister has been insistent of me doing so. Secondly, because I have become more irritated day by day being on facebook reading such useless posts from people about what they are eating or where they just checked in at or please send me grain for my farm in farmville. I don't want to be a hater but frankly I really don't give a rats ###! (you can fill in the blank). There are many good things about facebook like keeping up with friends who other wise I wouldn't hear from. hmmm!!!! So are they real friends!!!??? Good question.!! Anyways my third reason being because I have other family members and I won't name names.(you know who you are) that think facebook is to difficult to do. ha. This site is far more difficult to set up. But with good guidance from my wonderful sister I to shall get the hang of this. Oh and be warned if you do decide to read my ramblings I don't believe in proper grammar. (no I just really suck I have a GED ok). So be happy I'm attempting to write like a proper English man. So with that here is my start. I'm excited to keep up with my family members that are on here. And hopefully give them a peek into the wonderful fabulous life that I have. That sounds a little snotty but we do tell ourselves what we need to make us feel good. So with that I welcome ME and You to my page.
